I know I have been quite inactive the past month, alot of private stuff going on and upcoming exams, but I will try to be more active again from now on. Microsoft Employees Disrupt Wii U Best Buy EventsRemember how Nintendo was showcasing some of their E3 games at participating Best Buy stores around the country? Well, apparently Microsoft employees have been hired to go to these events and preach about the Xbox One and make comments like "why would you buy a outdated Wii U when the Xbox One is right around the corner?"
However, the employees aren't getting what they hoped for. Most customers just start bashing the Xbox One in response. Seriously, Microsoft, the people attending these Best Buy Wii U events are people who are intimately familiar with the crap you pulled at E3. They ain't takin' your shit.
At first I thought this might just be a case of one really loyal Microsoft employee taking matters into his own hands (especially since the original source was /v/), but reports have come in from numerous Best Buy's around the country that indicate many Microsoft employees have ambushed the demo lines trying to persuade people to switch to the Xbox One.

There are two ways to write a novel. Plotting (you make an outline, a plan, a roadmap if you will, and then you sit down and write it) and pantsing (you write "by the seat of your pants, throwing caution to the wind). So when I get asked if I'm a plotter or a pantser, I'm all like er, uh, hold on, let me? Pantser? I think? But I kind of, um, do planny things?
And it gets kind of awkward because in these inarticulate moments I have managed to confuse everyone including myself. And probably spilled a drink.
In recent discussions, however, I've had a bit of a revelation, silly as it is. I've realized that I -- like many writers -- am a plotter/pantser hybrid. And perhaps what I'm doing is something we could call Pantsing Responsibly. And, maybe, just maybe, I could share some of my responsible pantsing tips with other writers. I've come out against used game sales and even written a journal about boycotting GameStop because (like most people at the time) I believed they were the root cause of all the problems the video game industry has. Used games are a good thing for consumers. We get to try games out, and if we don't like what we see or finish it early, we trade it in and try another title instead. SPIKE updatesJust thought I'd share with you guys some updates on the progress of finishing my "SPIKE" novel.
A lot of people have asked me how it's going, when it will be published and stuff. I really appreciate getting asked these things because it shows that people are actually interested in my writings, and that it just such a great feeling

I've got two news for you guys today though: one bad news and one good news. Let's start with the bad news.
I haven't finished writing SPIKE yet.

how are you? i hope that you're fine...

at the moment i can not upload any pics on deviantArt. No - not because it's a bug or something else - but because of school and because i'm hurt.

well.. first things first:

school:
i'm in grade eleven now. my timetable isn't as bad as i thought. monday the first lesson is free for me, and friday the first two. but monday i'm in school until 3.30pm and friday until 1.10pm and then from 5pm to 6.30. that's stupid. but hey... that's our stupid school ministry i've got a lot of work to do at home and in one day, the first "exam" will be. next to school, i work one time a week for three ours in a part time job. it's quite okay. that's the first reason, why i didn't upload a photo for about one month ( i didn't realize that it is as long as it is )

injury:
about three weeks ago i had a soccer match. our team is good and we're in a league in which we can win all the matches if we play good. i'm midfielder (on the right site) and we were ahead (5:0) two minutes before the referee would wheeze for halftime. the other team's goalkeeper wanted to pass to his defender but i saw it and cought the ball before the defender could reach it. i ran towards the goal and i "kidded" the goalkeeper and just had to insert the ball into the goal. i was about five metres away from the goal. i lifted my left leg to shot. in this moment this f***ing player (with the number two) came from left behind. i jumped with his cleats directly in my right knee. i fell down and couldn't breathe for a few second.
after that, first i was happy that i could breathe again but then i noticed, that i couldn't move my leg (especially my right knee) anymore. i was carried to the sideline and my coach, the substitutes of my team and the parents stand around me. they called the ambulance. meanwhile i passed out. then the ambulance arrived and they brought me into the hospital. it was my first "ride" with the ambulance and i noticed that i really hate the german system: i had f***ing pains and the only thing, the medical secretary wanted to know is my name, birthday and my health insurance. but after that he finally looked at my knee. this was the second point, when i passed out. in hospital they looked at my knee and gave me pain killer. i had to sleep in hospital.

now , 3 weeks later, i can not move my knee, like i want it to, either. today i was again at the doctor, who told me, that i, expected, mustn't do sport for the next six to eight weeks. tomorrow i have to go to a orthopedist, and i hope that he'll say another things...

well.. that was it , first. i'll write the next time.

oh, that really is a painful injury... i hope it'll get better soon. i play volleyball and i also hurt my knee (but the left one) and cause our doctors are stupid, i still have some problems with it from time to time... the worst thing is that my knee gets almost useless if i stop using that stinky creme they gave me... and it stinks really bad
